Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped from Reno, NV, US within 5 business days of your purchase.

All orders for standard delivery within the United States are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail (or UPS Ground), and will most likely be received within 3-7 days of shipping.

International orders are usually shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, Global Post, or UPS Worldwide, and will most likely be received within 7-14 days of your purchase.
If the item is shipping directly from Bali, it usually takes under 2 weeks, but sometimes up to 3.

Occasionally orders may ship from one of our partner stores via USPS Priority Mail. We do our best to expedite the timeline, however, there may be a small delay in communicating with the partner store to ship.

**Sometimes the item you purchase shows it is in stock but it is actually not. We know this is a bummer. We wear many hats and not all of them always fit well; and sometimes we experience various inventory/tech issues. If you buy something and it isn't in stock, we'll either make it for you, exchange it, or refund your money**

Return Policy

You can return or exchange unwanted, unwashed, unused, clean item(s) within 30 days of purchase. We will not process returns outside of that 30 day window. For exchanges, it is best to order what you want off our site to make sure the item you want is actually in stock.

Customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges associated with returns, except for special circumstances where there is a defect or miscommunication.
