Refund policy

You can return or exchange unwanted, unwashed, unused, clean item(s) within 30 days of purchase. We will not process returns outside of that 30 day window. For exchanges, it is best to order what you want off our site to make sure the item you want is actually in stock.

Customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges associated with returns, except for special circumstances where there is a defect or miscommunication.

• We do NOT accept returns of goods purchased at a retail store, festival, or event.
• All purchases of clearance/sale/one of a kind items are final.
• Items purchased during sales, using coupon codes are eligible only for credit or exchange.
