Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped from Reno, NV, US within 5 business days of your purchase.

All orders for standard delivery within the United States are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail (or UPS Ground), and will most likely be received within 3-7 days of shipping.

International orders are usually shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, Global Post, or UPS Worldwide, and will most likely be received within 7-14 days of your purchase.
If the item is shipping directly from Bali, it usually takes under 2 weeks, but sometimes up to 3.

Occasionally orders may ship from one of our partner stores via USPS Priority Mail. We do our best to expedite the timeline, however, there may be a small delay in communicating with the partner store to ship.

**Sometimes the item you purchase shows it is in stock but it is actually not. We know this is a bummer. We wear many hats and not all of them always fit well; and sometimes we experience various inventory/tech issues. If you buy something and it isn't in stock, we'll either make it for you, exchange it, or refund your money**

Return Policy

You can return or exchange unwanted, unwashed, unused, clean item(s) within 30 days of purchase. We will not process returns outside of that 30 day window. For exchanges, it is best to order what you want off our site to make sure the item you want is actually in stock.

Customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges associated with returns, except for special circumstances where there is a defect or miscommunication.

  • We do NOT accept returns of goods purchased at a retail store, festival, or event.
  • All purchases of clearance/sale/one of a kind items are final.
  • Items purchased during sales, using coupon codes are eligible only for credit or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: Most of our remaining stock of Croc Tshirts do NOT have the pocket on the chest as pictures. Please contact us BEFORE purchasing if this is an issue for you, so we can see if your color/size has a pocket or not.

Better than expected

The Croc shirt was better looking and has a softer, more comfortable material than I expected. It fits my body width in a very flattering way. It is a bit long for me but will likely be fine for taller than average people. The loss of a star is something that the quality control folks could have caught. There is a small blemish, kinda looks like a small oil stain, in the armpit. It doesn't show while wearing the shirt, so not worth the effort to send the it back. That said, if I were in a store and there were multiple shirts on the rack, I would chose a different one. I will still buy this shirt again, probably multiple times. I already want it in different colors. No doubt that it is definitely my new favorite T-Shirt*.
*( I would say my new favorite clothing item, but I love the new Basis Pants I just got with it even more.)

Loved it so much, I bought more

The length is on the longer side, the trim is pleasantly rough, the button V-neck is just the right size, and croc pattern is bold but not overbearing. This is my favorite shirt, so I bought extras!
